We will be requesting increasingly specific details as your assigned liaison communicates with domain experts to gather information. It is alright if you do not know some of the answers yet!

Our team is diverse and experienced, although there are things we don't know or aren't sure about. At every step we are explicit and transparent about about our abilities and next steps.

3. We agree on milestones

Whether it is a fixed deliverable, like a budget, or an ongoing process, like technical supervision, we will present a set of milestones so you know what is being done, and when.

Our services are high-touch, but keeping it high-level allows us to charge very reasonable fees. We present all expenses upfront, with a payment plan based on the milestones.

4. We deliver
